HRZenith Compliance Health Check — Terms acknowledgement (hc-terms-v4)
This early-access Health Check is a founder-led practical HR compliance document review for UK SMEs. It provides compliance guidance, risk identification and structured recommendations. It is not legal advice, not an employment law firm service, and does not guarantee legal compliance. It is not automated payroll software, automated right-to-work verification, or the completed HRZenith SaaS platform.
The Health Check fee is £249.00, payable in full in pounds sterling via Stripe Checkout before document submission. Stripe processes card payments. HRZenith does not store card numbers.
After payment, you may be invited to upload between 1 and 3 HR documents (PDF or DOCX only, maximum 10 MiB each) using a secure link. Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage and scanned with a self-hosted malware scanner as a technical control. Scanning does not guarantee that a file is safe, and a clean scan does not mean the documents are legally compliant. Files are used solely to fulfil the Health Check. Do not email sensitive HR documents as attachments.
By requesting a Health Check you confirm the organisation and contact details you provide are accurate, you are authorised to request the review for that organisation, and you understand document-upload steps will be completed only when those features are enabled and offered to you.

When you request a Health Check we collect first name, last name, work email, company name, role/job title, company size (employee-count range), optional telephone, optional notes on what you would most like us to review, terms acceptance, privacy notice acknowledgement, and technical metadata such as a hashed IP and user-agent for abuse prevention.
We use this information to manage your Health Check request, to take payment, and to contact you about next steps. The Health Check fee is £249.00, payable in full in pounds sterling as a one-off payment. There is no subscription, deposit or split-payment option. Card payments are processed by Stripe. HRZenith receives payment confirmation identifiers and does not store card numbers.
If you later use a secure document invitation, we process up to 3 uploaded HR documents (PDF or DOCX, maximum 10 MiB each) solely to fulfil the Health Check. Files are stored in private cloud object storage and scanned with a self-hosted malware scanner. Scanning is a technical control only: it does not guarantee that a file is safe and does not mean the documents are legally compliant. We do not require you to email HR documents as attachments.
Original uploaded HR documents are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the Health Check is completed, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory requirement. Final Health Check deliverables and limited service/audit metadata may be retained for up to 12 months. Payment and accounting records may be retained separately where required by law.
We do not add Health Check requesters to the early-access waitlist through this request.
