What type of documents can I submit?
Typical submissions are HR policies and related employment documents, usually as PDF or DOCX. Do not send passports, right-to-work evidence, payroll files or employee personal data on the request form — documents are only requested later through the secure process.

The Health Check does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, certification of compliance or a guarantee of compliance. The review is based on information and documents supplied by the customer and applicable legislation and guidance at the time of review. Right-to-work and payroll components are alignment guidance and checklists; HRZenith does not perform official Home Office status verification or payroll certification. The customer remains responsible for employment decisions, statutory checks, payroll submissions and obtaining legal or professional advice where appropriate.
How do I send my documents?
After qualifying payment is verified, HRZenith provides a secure, private document process. Do not email HR documents as attachments. Seeing a payment success screen is not itself proof of payment.
How long do you keep my documents?
