HRZenith is a trading name/brand of HRZENITH LTD. References to “HRZenith”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean HRZENITH LTD, trading as HRZenith.

This website introduces HRZenith — an AI-assisted HR compliance workspace being built for UK employers, SMEs and HR consultants — and allows visitors to register their interest in early access.

HRZenith is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice through this website. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, professional or compliance advice. You should seek qualified professional advice for specific situations.

Joining the early access waitlist registers your interest only. It does not guarantee access to a private beta, pilot, or any future product. We may contact selected organisations at our discretion.

If you join the waitlist, we may email you a confirmation and later contact you about early access, product updates and pilot opportunities, in line with the consent you give on the form. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link we provide.

The website may also describe a separate paid Compliance Health Check service. That service is not the completed HRZenith platform. If you request a Health Check, the Health Check terms acknowledgement and privacy notice presented during that request journey apply to that service in addition to these website terms. They supplement and govern that service as applicable.

These website terms do not set Health Check fees, payment methods, refunds, document-upload rules, or retention for that service.

The product roadmap, features and timelines described on this website are indicative and may change as the product develops.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or disrupt its normal operation
• Submit false, misleading or another person’s information
• Attempt to attack, overload or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data

The HRZenith brand, name, copy, design and materials on this website belong to HRZENITH LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HRZenith excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The website relies on third-party providers for hosting and email delivery. Those providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the website and waitlist.

We may update these terms as the website and product develop. The current version will be available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
